If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your order, call us or email us within 48 hours of receipt ,and we will  do our best to put it right for you.

All returns, must arrive back to us in the same condition that you received it , and within 14 days, for a full refund.

 Returns on larger products, contact us first so we can arrange a delivery address.

Make sure your parcel has been documented correctly, and can be traced if neccessary, as we will not accept any responsibility for returns that are lost in transit.

Postage and packing charges are not refundable.

Returns are subject to a $15-00 handling and restocking fee.
